In celebration of Penfolds Cabernet Sauvignon Collection, Magill Estate Cellar Door pairs two iconic Penfolds wines with another Australian classic: the lamb pie.
From Wednesday, 1 July, guests can enjoy Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon from Australia and Penfolds Bin 704 Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, expertly paired with a specially curated lamb shank pie created by Magill Estate Restaurant Director and Chef, Scott Huggins.
This limited-edition winter dish features slow-braised pulled lamb shank, topped with creamy mashed potato, pea purée and golden flaky puff pastry.
