In celebration of 75 Years of Grange, Magill Estate Cellar Door will pair Penfolds most iconic wine with another Australian icon – the steak sandwich.
From Wednesday, 1 March, guests can enjoy a glass of Penfolds Grange 2018 alongside a specially curated Grange Sandwich, developed by the Director and Chef of Magill Estate Restaurant, Scott Huggins. This limited edition dish features Mayura Station Wagyu fillet cooked over charcoal on crispy white bread with pickled cabbage and red onion, served with thick cut chips. Side condiments include Japanese pickle & kombu mayo, Tonkatsu sauce, tomato sauce, and mustard mayo.
The Grange Sandwich is available for a limited time only in celebration of this milestone year.
