At Penfolds, we re-ignited our love affair with France, a special place for Penfolds, where winemaker Max Schubert was first inspired to make Grange in 1950. The Thiénot x Penfolds partnership is a cross-cultural exchange that promises to unlock new ideas and to progress Penfolds beyond Australian shores.

Join us for a relaxing experience showcasing some of our Champagne Collection and South Australian natural oysters, served on ice with a shallot vinegarette this Summer at Magill Estate. 

The Champagne & Oyster Experience is $135 per booking and includes one 750ml bottle of Penfolds X Thienot Champagne Rose Brut & one dozen Fresh Oysters.
